Our ticketing system has been updated to incorporate the new branding and simplified to provide the best level of support. Tickets will be sent to you via email@example.com, this same email address is where you can direct support requests (instead of firstname.lastname@example.org). All telephone numbers remain unchanged.
The design of the invoice will have changed to reflect the new branding; however, the existing line item descriptions and charges will remain the same in line with your existing agreement. All bank details also remain the same as months before.
