Cyber Essentials is a UK Government and National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) recognised certification which has been developed to award businesses for their level of cyber security.
In partnership with the Department for Enterprise and the Office of Cyber Security and Information Assurance (OCSIA), all Isle of Man businesses have the opportunity to get ahead of this certification, with the offer of a subsidised certification covering 50% of cost, or up to £5,000 of the expenses associated with achieving a Cyber Essentials certification.
In this virtual Cyber Essentials event for Isle of Man businesses, the benefits, expenses and process of becoming certified were discussed in depth. Speakers included:
